Thailand customs department staffs officers has given me advice i must receive payment first from Thai people and i use money to make all documents process and pay for birds license fees before i can send birds to Thai people . All Thai people must payment money first for birds to make all birds documents and license certificates before receiving birds the same day . 2. Laos customs department staffs has given me advice i must receive payment first from Lao people and i use money to make all documents process and pay for birds license fees before i can send birds to Lao people . 3. Cambodia customs department staffs has given me advice i must receive payment first from Cambodian people and i use money to make all documents process and pay for birds license fees before i can send birds to Cambodian customers All of the customers who wants to buy birds from my farm have to make payment transfer before i will send birds . I do not send birds without payment confirmation . All clients first transfer payment to buy birds and bird eggs then i will send delivery immediately.
